It’s Easter – a holiday that sometimes can be sad for those of us who have experienced loss in our life.
Today I invite you to be in the present and enjoy the day – take time to breathe, to go outside and smell the roses or the flowers that are starting to bloom. Look up to the heavens and watch the clouds or the stars. Invite a sense of joy for the day into your being – if only for a while. Take a breather from grieving and move into gratitude for life.
Take time to remember an Easter past which was filled with joy and invite those feelings into your life for a while.
I know there is a place within you that is not wounded or harmed in any way that knows the Truth – that this life we are living is temporary for all of us and today is a day we can laugh a bit.
Happy Easter
